2024 Global Media Festival Film Screening: “We Will Have Everything” + Virtual Q&A
In Chinese society where 5.68 million mentally disabled citizens often remain unseen, the documentary follows a Beijing charity organization’s devoted efforts to offer care and support to this marginalized group. It prompts reflection on whether and how individuals with mental disabilities can secure dignity, welfare, and human rights.
Global Media Festival
The 2024 Global Media Festival explores themes around a variety of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) The festival will be from Friday, March 29 through Sunday, April 7. All screenings are free and open to the public.
